Duties: To implement student satisfaction surveys, evaluate survey results and make necessary improvements. To include students as internal stakeholders in the improvement processes by forming a student commission consisting of undergraduate and graduate students. To increase communication and interaction with alumni as internal stakeholders. To organize the establishment of an External Stakeholder Commission and to conduct surveys to obtain the opinions of external stakeholders, to evaluate the results of the surveys and to take necessary actions. To organize alumni surveys and lifelong learning activities for graduates. To establish an alumni commission consisting of graduates. To supervise and improve the functioning of student counseling.
